Lucas Monzani

Biography:

Lucas Monzani is an Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior at Ivey Business School at Western University in London, Ontario. Previously, he was a lecturer at the Graduate School of Management at Plymouth University in the United Kingdom. He is an associate researcher at both the Institute for Organizational Development and Quality of Work Life at the University of Valencia in Spain and the Center for Leadership and Behavior in Organizations at Goethe University in Germany. His research interest lies within advanced concepts in organizational behavior, such as exemplary leadership, commitment to lead, and other topics bridging neuropsychology with Organizational behavior. Monzani completed a two-year postdoctoral fellowship at Ivey’s Ian O. Ihnatowycz Institute for Leadership and holds a Ph.D. in Psychology of Human Resources at the University of Valencia. He is also an Erasmus Mundus Master in Work, Organizational, and Personnel Psychology. As a consultant, he has extensive experience in areas ranging from leadership development and potential assessment to advanced recruitment and virtual team-building. He has also contributed to several leadership development projects within the Department of Peacekeeping Operations (DPKO) at the United Nations.
