Mark Stobbe is a PhD candidate in Sociology at the University of Saskatchewan. He was a co-editor of Devine Rule in Saskatchewan: A Decade of Hope and Hardship and the author of Lessons from Remand. Previously he served as Director of Communications for Saskatchewan’s Crown Investments Corporation — the province’s holding company for commercial Crown corporations and investments.
