Zoe Kinias

Biography:

Zoe Kinias is an Associate Professor of Organizational Behaviour and the John F. Wood Chair in Innovation in Business Learning at Ivey Business School. She studies Equity, Diversity and Inclusion, how it connects with identities, and interventions to enable leveraging everyone’s talent. At Ivey, she teaches in the Honours Business Administration (HBA) program and several executive programs, in addition to serving on curriculum review, pedagogic innovation, and selection committees.

Her work has been featured in a variety of outlets in addition to Ivey Business Journal, including Bloomberg Businessweek, The Case Centre, Forbes, Harvard Business Publishing, Harvard Business Review, INSEAD Knowledge, the New York Times, and Programme Eve.
